Joe Biden now considers the deadly COVID-19 pandemic as an ‘incredible opportunity’ to ‘fundamentally transform’ America.
The presumptive Democratic nominee and former Vice President made the suggestion while speaking at a virtual town hall Monday hosted by the League of United Latin American Citizens.
“And I truly think that if we do this right, we have an incredible opportunity to not just dig out of this crisis, but to fundamentally transform the country,” Biden said.

The notion drawn by Biden echoes that of Hillary Clinton and House Majority Whip James Clyburn, who both have made similar statements regarding the COVID-19 crisis.

During last week’s joint town hall with Biden, Hillary claimed, “This would be a terrible crisis to waste”, in reference to pushing Democrat’s healthcare agenda. While Rep.
